Clothing and Accessories

We do not accept returns on clothing and accessories, due to the nature of vintage items, they are bought at the buyer’s own risk. We will ensure that all defects on each item are clearly shown in the photographs, but if there is damage to an item that has not been shown when it arrives to you we will accept this as a return and issue a refund using the process stated below. 

Shoes

The age and material of shoes affect how wearable they may be. Purchasing vintage footwear with the intention of wearing them carries the danger of the soles or other components wearing out or detaching from the upper. Therefore, it is essential to use caution while buying any vintage footwear with the intention of wearing them. Returns due to this circumstance won't be accepted.

Even if the product has never been worn, it may still have age-related defects. Please be aware of the potential for material and component deterioration before making a purchase. Before making a purchase, we suggest customers thoroughly review all product photos. Clear photographs of flaws disqualify them from being a grounds for a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us with your photographs at info@vilisvintage.com. Please note that all return shipping costs are paid for by the purchaser, and we do not refund the shipping costs of returned items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, wear at own risk or display only pairs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
