Adidas TR GCS (2004)

Ground breaking technology when Salomon still belonged to Adidas, integrating a Ground Control System (Shock Absorption) in the rear unit of the soles. Essentially having two rigid plates separated by four columns of squishy material. When your heel strikes the ground, the columns deform according to the angle of impact. This unique system was also used on, the now famous, Salomon GCS (2004) which retro’ed last year. A personal favourite of mine and therefore, not for sale.
